Common questions

Do supporters need an account?

No. They open your campaign page, write, approve and send. No signup, no app.

Will every letter really be different?

Yes — each letter is drafted around that supporter’s own words and edited by them before anything is sent.

What does delivery cost?

Plans include monthly letter credits. Email uses one credit; printed and handwritten letters use more because real paper and postage are involved.

Is this compliant?

Letters are sent in each supporter’s own name with logged consent, and your dashboard keeps a complete audit trail for reporting obligations.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month — annual plans run to the end of their prepaid year — and your data exports as a spreadsheet whenever you like.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for 12 months up front and save 20% versus monthly. Your letter credits still refresh every month, and the discount applies again at every annual renewal.

What happens if I change plans mid-month?

Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in your current period, and the new plan’s credits and features unlock right away. Downgrades also switch immediately, with no partial-period refund; the lower price simply applies from your next bill.

What if we run out of credits mid-campaign?

Buy a top-up pack any time — top-up credits never expire and are spent only after your monthly allowance, so nothing you purchase is lost at renewal. You can also switch on automatic top-up, which recharges your balance whenever it dips below a threshold you choose.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

Plan credits reset with each monthly refresh — they’re sized for a month of campaigning. Purchased top-up credits are the exception: they carry forward until used.
