For legislative offices
You received a letter through PoliPost Canada. Here's what that means.
Real, consenting constituents
Each letter is written by a real person who entered their own postal code and address; addresses are Canada Post–verified and matched to the riding.
Human-authored and approved
AI helps draft from the campaign's talking points, but the constituent edits every word and personally consents before sending — consent is logged with a timestamp.
Unaltered after sign-off
Once approved, the letter is cryptographically fixed; neither the campaign organization nor PoliPost can change a word.
We stay out of the exchange
The AI never receives the sender's name, email or address, and PoliPost never sees or stores your reply.
