I spent years inside member organizations and advocacy campaigns, and I kept watching the same thing happen: passionate people signed identical form letters, and those letters got tallied, filtered, and forgotten. The offices we wrote to could tell nobody had really written them.

PoliPost Canada is the tool I always wished I had. It helps every supporter say it in their own words — a real letter, built around their own story, that an office actually reads. No two alike, no invented facts, and nothing sent until the writer has read and approved every word.

A few things I won't compromise on: your supporters' details are encrypted and never shared with AI providers; consent is recorded and sent letters form a permanent, tamper-evident record. Because this is Canada, all of it works in both official languages, end to end.
