How letter credits work

Credits are only for delivering letters. Each recipient counts once. Pre-written form-letter emails use no credits.

Once your monthly allowance is used, a mailed letter costs $4.40 on Starter, $4.00 on Advocate or $3.40 on Coalition, plus tax.

Your allowance refreshes every month; unused credits don’t roll over. Need more? Extra credits never expire: Starter $0.22 · Advocate $0.20 · Coalition $0.17 each. Credit guide

Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Schedule the cancellation on the Plan and billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it doesn’t renew.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Download your letters, campaign results, reports and contacts as CSV files whenever you like. If your plan ends, your data stays available to export for 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

In Canada. Our servers are in Vancouver, BC, with a Canadian hosting company, and personal information is encrypted at rest. A few service providers operate outside Canada; our privacy page lists each one and where it operates.

Do unused credits roll over?

Your monthly allowance doesn’t: it resets at each renewal. Credits you buy on top never expire.

What if a campaign takes off?

Buy extra credits at your plan’s rate at any time, or turn on automatic top-up. When your balance drops below a number you choose, we charge your saved card and add the pack you picked, so letters keep going out.
